Sri Lanka Cricket today announced that the South Africa National Team’s Tour of Sri Lanka, which was scheduled to take place during the month of June 2020, has been postponed.
The decision was taken jointly by both Sri Lanka Cricket and Cricket South Africa, owing to the current global pandemic (Covid–19) situation.
The tour will be rescheduled, once normality returns and also when the International Cricket Calendars of both nations opens up for a rescheduling, the SLC said.
Sri Lanka and South Africa were planning to play a 03-match ODI Series and a 03-match T20I series during the tour.
